Bone, joint and spine health: a talk for Noida’s teachers and principals
On 24 October 2026, Medanta Hospital, Noida invited Dr Malik to speak at an Expert Health Talk Session for teachers and school principals from across Noida, together with members of the Rotary Club of Noida City.
His talk, “Bone, Joint and Spine Health: Prevention, Posture and Everyday Mobility”, covered the everyday habits that keep bones, joints and the spine healthy: staying active and strong, changing position often, getting calcium from food and using vitamin D sensibly, and knowing the warning signs that need a specialist.
The session was attended by Mr Pankaj Sahni, Group CEO of Medanta, and a senior officer of the Indian Police Service. Dr Malik spoke alongside Medanta colleagues in gastroenterology, endocrinology and nutrition.
